Wooden Gate Repair
Customer Issue: The Tienteaus didn’t use their country house for some years. Parts of the wooden driveway gate rotted while unattended, and parts became infested with insects.
Our Solution: After spraying the stinging insect nests to create a safe work environment, we unscrewed the offending poles and planks. Those whose screws were too rusted we sawed away. The gate’s treated hardwood frame was still intact, but the thinner slats in between needed replacement, which we provided with new parts from the manufacturer.

Gate Opener Installation
Customer Issue: The client needed her outdated and faulty opener replaced.
Our Solution: We installed a brand-new LiftMaster LA400PKGU 24VDC Residential Linear Actuator and ensured that it was working properly.

Reversing Gate Repair
Customer Issue: The electric gate’s reverse sensors weren’t working.
Our Solution: The reflectors in the photo eye sensor were extremely dirty, so we cleaned them and ensured that they were in proper working order.

Gate Won’t Close
Customer Issue: This client’s gate refused to close.
Our Solution: We checked the vehicle loop detectors and saw that one was malfunctioning. We then replaced it with a new detector.
